Ok, here is one possible situation.

Nestor - Inside with suit
Dondo - Inside with suit
Mirobbo -Inside with suit
Zehur - Inside
Darven - Inside
Zyneste - Outside with suit

Darven has the best FORT bonus but yes he stayed up all night last night so should try and get a good night's sleep. Dondo has the lowest FORT save so he is inside with a suit. Mirobbo, Zehur and Zyneste are all at +3 FORT I think. Zyneste has volunteered to stay outside, but will keep the woolen furs she put on earlier (I didn't understand that there was only one). So there is one suit left between Mirobbo, Zehur and Darven. I have placed it against Mirobbo, but you guys can work that out amongst yourselves.

Any counter suggestions?

Looks good to me. Dondo will give up his coat or step outside for an hour if needed.

Maybe because I grew up here in NY, where we get some decent winters, but under 40 with a coat doesn't seem that bad for an hour. If you keep moving, you should be fine.

Had to look up 40 Fahrenheit now and thinking that it shouldn't be a problem after all. It get's harder if you drop below -5° Celsius I think.

Zehur will share the coat he recovered if someone asks with a decent reason.

John's proposal is ok with me. Mirobbo will switch places with Zyneste if needed during the night.

I think we should make a fire as well for those outside. If anyone starts failing multiple checks, perhaps we switch things up so that they have all the possible benefits. Is my winter blanket of any use?

I assume we got the same watch order as last night? If, Zehur will take the dog watch.

What exactly is the dog watch btw? For those of us who haven't spent time on a pirate ship lately?

Oh, I thought that this is widely known blush
To my knowledge this is the watch in the middle of the night, the most unpopular one.

Interesting, there's a major difference between the German "Hundswache" and the English Dog Watch (which would be an appropriate translation) apparently.

The German form means the watch shift from midnight to 0400 --> http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hundewache

Could you please clarify how we stand with respect to temporary damage. Your post seemed to imply it had passed? I'm guessing Darven did not manage to heal his regular damage from resting overnight due to suffering from the cold?

Actually, nonlethal damage heals alongside lethal damage. i suppose i could say that the cold kept him from adequately sleeping, but that seem unnecessarily harsh.

So, by the time the party finds the cliffside shrine, all nonlethal damage and the regular overnight healing is done.

Zyneste INIT: 1d20+3 = (5) + 3 = 8
That should be +2, so only '7'. I accidentally rolled for Stugbu the first time!
