The harpy swoops down and tries to smash Endo over the head with her morningstar before fluttering over to take a perch on a pillar next to her sister. Together they flap and flutter excitedly as they look down on their gathering prey.

Attack: 1d20+8 = (17) + 8 = 25 Damage: 1d8+1 = (5) + 1 = 6

The birdwoman's weapon smashes against Endo's temple, splitting the flesh as he happily turns to follow the sound of her song.

Sir Mojo also bounds away from his master towards the harpy, getting ready to climb up to his death.

The other harpy swoops down to have a crack at Milo before swooping back up to her perch.

Attack: 1d20+8 = (19) + 8 = 27 Damage: 1d8+1 = (3) + 1 = 4

The other harpy looks anxiously over towards Ozzg as he starts casting his spell. Realising that he is a serious threat, she swoops down towards him trying to disrupt his concentration and perhaps poke out his eyes or otherwise maim him.

SQWWAAAAAWWKKK!: 1d20+8 = (2) + 8 = 10

The birdwoman's strike deflects off Ozzg's armour and she turns tail to flutter back up to her perch.

For Ozzg to make an AoO while casting his full round spell he will need to make a DC16 concentration check or lose his spell. His concentration check bonus is +2. He doesn't have to try for the AoO of course and can simply finish his spell at no risk.

Either way, Ozzg is up. If he keeps his spell he gets to place the eagle wherever he wants and then the bird gets to make its attack. Ozzg then gets his normal turn.

Ozgg summons the eagle to the top of the pillar just west of him, then if he has his turn he'll run over to the big grouping of his friends and get ready for a for them to be attacked.

Ozzg finishes his spell, his face a study of intense concentration. All of a sudden one of the harpies is taken by surprise as an eagle appears above her head and starts tearing and pecking her with its claws and beak.

Scratch: 1d20+3 = (6) + 3 = 9
Scrape: 1d20+3 = (5) + 3 = 8
Peck: 1d20+3 = (13) + 3 = 16 Is this cannibalism?: 1d4 = (4) = 4


The birdlike woman manages to flap herself out of the way of the bird's talons but receives a peck to the back of the head from the eagle, drawing first blood for the good guys at last.

The bird suddenly seems to notice the harpy's song and tries to resist its effects.

WILL: 1d20+2 = (1) + 2 = 3

The eagles suddenly clucks and sqwawks happily as it settles down to roost next to the harpy, totally enthralled by the song.

Enraged by Ozzg's actions, sending an avian creature of all things up against them, the two harpies suddenly swoop down towards Ozzg in unison. Taking positions on either side of them, they swing their morningtars towards each side of his head and remain at his level, ready to start attacking him with their talons as well.

Sqwwaaaaaawwwk!: 1d20+8+2 = (10) + 8 + 2 = 20 Damage: 1d8+1 = (4) + 1 = 5
Currrrrraaaaakkk!!: 1d20+8+2 = (15) + 8 + 2 = 25 Damage: 1d8+1 = (6) + 1 = 7


Both creatures connect with their blows, catching the barbaric druid's head between their weapons like a painful sandwich. Blood streams down from both of Ozzg's ears.

Ozzg can take his readied attack against one of the harpies and then can take his next turn as well before they get another attack.

As the harpies swoop in on him their blows aren't felt. The only thing he feels is his blood boiling. Boiling with frustration at these stupid bird women.

His arm pistons out with lightning speed 1d20+10 = (1) + 10 = 11
His sword 2d6+10 = (5 + 3) + 10 = 18 just missing their featured wings by a few inches.

"Rrraaaaaaaarrrrr!"

He turns on the spot to track their flight, readying himself for their next strike.

Yes they are level with Ozzg, and you have only taken the readied attack from last round. You still have your move and attack from this round to take.

Ozzg is taken a bit by surprise as the two harpies fly down to attack him. His first swing is poorly timed, more out of reflex than thought, and misses badly. After the two creatures strike him, however, he gets in a good shot and even bites one of their wings!

The creatures continue to assault the big brute as his companions all just stand there enraptured by the song and the battle as if watching some sort of play. The birdwomen are now in a frenzy, striking with their weapons and scratching at his eyes with their talons.

Harpy 1
Morningstar: 1d20+3 = (4) + 3 = 7
Talon 1: 1d20+3 = (1) + 3 = 4
Talon 2: 1d20+3 = (17) + 3 = 20 Damage: 1d6 = (6) = 6

Harpy 2
Morningstar: 1d20+3 = (7) + 3 = 10
Talon 1: 1d20+3 = (2) + 3 = 5
Talon 2: 1d20+3 = (10) + 3 = 13


Ozzg's guard is up, though. He manages to fend off almost all of their attacks, only one of the harpy's talons gets through and digs a scratch down one of his cheeks.

Ozgg not making the connection between the singing and his strangely still friends continues his furious strikes against the weakened harpy.

As Ozzg beats up her companion quite badly, the first harpy realises she was safer up on her perch. With one more swing of her weapon she then flutters back up to the top of the pillar.

Harping on: 1d20+8 = (6) + 8 = 14

The badly injured harpy realises its met its match. With a badly broken wing and blood pouring out of a gash on her scalp, the monster withdraws up into the hole in the ceiling and disappears out of sight.
