The periodical itself does not bear any numbering or dates, though the published filenames of each issue (usually) contain a "Volume", an "Issue", and a date component (for example, Avalon_Newsletter_Vol_2_Issue_10_Oct_2017.pdf). These data often are used when referring to a given issue.
The periodical theoretically is published in annual "volumes" with sequential numbers in each volume - however, this practice has not been rigorously observed and errors are somewhat common, including errors in the dates.
The issue enumeration here is ordered by the actual publication date of each issue, not the filename data which occasionally are in error. While this generally puts the issues in Vol/Issue order, this is not always the case. Too, the actual publication date does not always match the filename date.
The periodical normally is listed, sold, and internally referred to as "Avalon Newsletter", though "Avalon News Letter" has been used. This does not agree (at all) with the traditional masthead which offers "Avalon's Round Table of Fun". The listing here follows the publisher's customary title.
Clearly, this is all quite confusing.
