Wild magic, chaos zones and dreamlands can all have weird events happen, events that may make little sense elsewhere. These could be simply strange or possibly even damaging. This is a collection of 100 different events that could happen in such areas. Even though some events may only make sense to happen outside, by their very nature they are nonsensical so could potentially happen anywhere. Whether or not any event is permanent is up to the GM, but some should probably only be temporary.

All the letters on a page, scroll, sign or other written matter that a character is reading slide off the page, scroll or sign onto the ground, where they lie in a heap.
All the skin of a character becomes completely transparent, allowing their muscle, veins and organs to be clearly seen. The effect is as if the character has been suddenly and completely skinned, although touch will confirm that the skin is still there and functioning normally but transparent.
A nearby stone, brick, paving slab or rock will, as the characters approach, suddenly grow dozens of tiny legs, stand up and run away from them, before settling back down onto the ground some distance away.
An item, perhaps a character’s possession that they have placed down, grows wings and starts to clumsily fly away.
An unusual smell is found to be coming from nearby fruiting trees or plants. These plants and trees appear to be otherwise normal - an apple tree looks like an apple tree - and the fruit looks normal - an apple looks like an apple - but it is from the fruit that the smells are coming from. The smells, and the taste of the fruit if tried, are of cooked food, which can result in such as apples tasting and smelling like food items such as roast beef, pheasant and pies.
