The Pokémon multimedia franchise is one of the best-known Nintendo products. Officially, games are offered only in the videogame format. There have been numerous apocryphal fan-made tabletop adaptations, however. None of these - to date - has been a licensed product. Almost all of them use copyright-infringing art and intellectual property.
Note that Pokémon Tabletop United (the best-known and best-supported implementation) was intended to be the successor to Pokémon Tabletop Adventures - though development on the original continued in parallel (resulting in two similar, but distinct, games). Pokémon Journeys is intended to replace Pokémon Tabletop United when playtest completes.
In addition to original game systems, the concept has been adapted to the D&D 4E Game System - see Pokémon X: Core Rulebook.
