Co-author of Catapult Run, adventure module for AD&D (1st edition) from Fantasy Factory (II)
Current contributor to the Alarums & Excursions APA
Co-founder of Chinguacousy Gaming Club in Brampton, ON (1980's, now defunct).
The setting for Catapult Run was my long-time, home-spun campaign world of Cypher.
We thought it would be a simple matter to take all of my scratch-notes and turn them into saleable products. Two more publications were in the works (~1985):
- The Black Lancers of Barrowvale (most of the manuscript was complete)
- City Cypher (hundreds of entries for NPCs, shops, and guilds, plus a partially detailed city map were complete)
Brainstorming sessions had been held for a dedicated game involving the Crusades, as well as other modules set in Cypher.
I wrote an article on hacking AD&D 1e spellcasting into a points-based system for "The Front Line" gaming newspaper (1986)
I was a Guest GM at either the Pandemonium ('84) or Son of Pandemonium ('85) conventions in Toronto, ON. (possibly both - my recollection of these cons is imperfect)
