I'm Rhea Isaacs, a 27 year old artist/illustrator from Sydney, Australia. I studied Illustration at NMIT in Melbourne before completing a degree of Fine Arts (Print Media) at Sydney College of the Arts with Honours in 2014. I've been published internationally, collaborate with artists all over the world and spread my work across a music - fashion - editorial hybrid that doesn't yet have a name but scientists hope to discover it by 2020.
YoungEarlGrey is a mix of elements from my childhood, influences from music (particularly electronic, pop and 80's) and a long love affair with popular media. My number one heroes include Keith Haring, Eddie Van Halen (Ionce saw him live and cried during his Eruption/Cathedrals solo), Janet Jackson and Lisa Frank for her tenacious attitude towards marketing fluroescent colours.
Eddi Haley is a new division for me; I've always been fascinated with mood and colour, and Eddi Haley is an expression of my "other" side, where I'm free to create more conceptual works.
I currently live in Paris with my streetwear-enthusiast husband and escape every winter to Australia.
