Stephanie Mided is a comic artist and writer hailing from the Midwest. She's known for creating the comedic drama web comic "Jet Black" and having a lot of opinions on sitcoms from the 90's...but chances are if you're here you're more interested in the comics part.
(But we can all agree the first Aunt Viv is the best Aunt Viv, right? Right?)
Stephanie has worked with a wide range of people, companies, and publishers: She was a flatter for Lucy Knisley on her book "Kid Gloves", has multiple comics published in Ladies Night Anthology, has made a web comic for College Humor, is a comic contributor on Oh Joy Sex Toy, is artist for Unshaven Comic's upcoming graphic novel "Blooms: Heist on the Magical Vault", is a contributing artist to "Rolled and Told" from Lion Forge/Quillion, and is currently artist (To Mat Haegerty's writer) for an upcoming young adult graphic novel "Martian Ghost Centaur" coming out in 2020 from the fine folks over at Lion Forge.
When Stephanie isn't drawing, she's most likely still drawing, or writing things she will soon draw. She is also a huge music nerd who collects vinyl and will make a playlist for just about any occasion known to man. She lives in Chicago with her Garfield-impersonating tabby cat Mooshie and her plethora of Evangelion and Love Live! figurines. They don't quite warm up those cold, lonely city nights, but damn if they don't look cool.
