User Summary:
Racial Holy War (RAHOWA) is an RPG that was hosted by the World Church of the Creator, an organisation dedicated to white supremacism. The game is set in a near-future post-apocalyptic Earth in which player characters are "White Warriors" whose aim is to do battle with anyone of a different race. The mechanics of the game are focused on combat (particularly with guns) more so than other activities.
Characters have eight attributes: Power, Dexterity, Health, Heroism, Charisma, Intelligence, Wisdom, Intimidation. Players have a pool of points to distribute amongst these at character creation.
There are also eight character classes: Gladiator, Leader, Soldier, Scholar, Hero, Sniper, Athlete, Medic. Classes give specialism in certain skills, increases to certain attributes, and specific additional abilities.
Skills provide characters with particular additional abilities, or increases to attributes. Starting characters have two skills according to their class, and an additional two skills of their choice. These all start at level 1 and can be increased with experience, making them more effective.
Task resolution is performed by subtracting a difficulty number from the appropriate attribute, and succeeding if a roll on a twenty-sided die is less than or equal to this value. The use of abilities due to skills are checked using percentile dice.
The system includes the unusual feature that a character's guns can also gain experience and improve in their abilities.
