[This is a game] for people who already know what an RPG is.
We will not be spending a lot of time explaining what a 'hitpoint' is or creating lengthy examples of how to use a Skill. Half the Skills don't even have a description. It works well enough for new players, but the Dungeon Master will need to know what's what ahead of time.
[T]his is an RPG for impatient people. I'm keen on streamlining things with parsimonious Maths. Most tasks can be finished in a single roll. You can record most information by shuffling some coins around.
