Dungeon and Dragons Miniatures

Many companies over the years have been licenced to produced a range of miniatures for the Dungeon and Dragons role-playing games.

They include the following companies;

Minifigs

In 1977 Minifigs was licenced to produced a range of 25mm Dungeon and Dragons miniatures.

TSR Hobbies

TSR produced in the 1980s a series of blister packs and box sets for thier Dungeon & Dragons and Advanced Dungeon & Dragons games.

Grenadier

In the 1980s Grenadier produced a series of of box sets for Dungeon & Dragons and Advanced Dungeon & Dragons games.

Citadel Miniatures

In the mid 1980s Citadel Miniatures produced a number of box sets of miniatures for Basic Dungeon & Dragons and a large range of miniatures in blister packs for Advanced Dungeon & Dragons.

Ral Partha

Ral Partha was licenced to produced a range of miniatures from the late 1980s until the late 1990s (or 00s) for Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (1st Edition) and Advanced Dungeons & Dragons (2nd Edition]. They even had ranges of miniatures for some of the AD&D settings like Ravenloft and Dragonlance.

Wizards of the Coast

Wizards of the Coast produced a range of 28mm metal miniature for Dungeon and Dragons, but in 2008 they published a game called Dungeons & Dragons Miniatures which have a range of pre-painted plastic miniatures which was also designed to be used with the Dungeon and Dragons role-playing game.
