I did notice that in The Gods & Magic book there is a god for monks (Irori). In the book there are mentioned that monks can use Quivering Palm (that action can be activated at anytime). What that means in game mechanics? What is Quivering palm?

Then there reads also:

Monks
may use their wholeness of
body ability on a willing
creature as a standard action;
the monk must touch the
target, and the target becomes
fatigued from this aid.

How I should understand that? Where is that ability? How about the other gods...do they give some powers for monks etc... or not? Now I am not speaking about the deity granted spells for casters.

From the Pathfinder SRD:

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/monk

Near the bottom it details the Monk's supernatural ability Quivering Palm.

Wholeness of Body is also described there. As per the core rules, this supernatural ability allows the monk to heal his own damage. The version given in the Gods & Magic book extends this so it can be used on another creature (i.e. not the Monk).
