I run it on my Mac quite easily using a program called Wine Bottler. Works great and prints and exports in a variety of formats.

(some teeny graphical issues on character sheets but hardly noticeable).

Regarding Mac support, Lone Wolf shared the following this week on the Paizo messageboards:

Quote:
The Mac version is slated to be released next month when we officially release the Mac version of the full product. For more details on the Mac status of Hero Lab, see our November newsletter (available on our website) and/or watch for more info next week.

Yeah, I know there are ways to make it work, and I've tried various crossover programs in the past...but frankly I don't want to deal with it. If it isn't Mac-native, it isn't worth my time right now.

Except I don't see any way to put Half-Orc in as a race...

Half-orc is not in the beginner box - just human, elf, and dwarf.

As Steven says, the free software is only for the BB stuff, not the full PFRPG. I've been playing around with it and find it pretty slick, especially for a free product.
