Due to more than healthy sales of Pathfinder in 2011, Paizo pulled the trigger on a Fifth Printing of the core book. As with the previous four printings, they took the time to update any problems with the core book without affecting page layouts, page counts, etc.
First printing - August 2009
Second printing - November 2009
Third printing - April 2010
Fourth printing - September 2010
Fifth printing - November 2011
They have individual PDF errata files that bring whatever printing your core book is up to the Fifth printing standard. You can get those freely here:

The new Stealth playsets they have been working on did not make this printing but for those interested, the latest Stealth Playtest rules are here.

Thanks for the heads up. Too bad the stealth rework didn't make it in. I think I would've picked up another copy and migrated mine down to my players if it had. Ah, well...next print run!
