I'm sure you all know this, but just on the off chance, I'll report it here anyway.
It seems that an image will appear as the rep image for a version before it has actually been approved by Geek Mod. If you check quickly, you will see this is true at this moment for the RPGItem Dvreem, although chances are the actual image will be through geek mod by the time you look.
I'm not even sure this is a bug, and is very unlikely to ever cause any trouble, but I thought is should be documented because it is not intuitively what one would expect to happen.

I don't see it being a problem
I don't know how long this has been the process
I do know that last year Sol worked on updating the code for Geekmod
for the new UI the Geekmod code has again been the recipient of some changes
