A life of crime? How dare you?! I thought this was going to be a family-friendly game. I don't want to play any more.
But, while I pout, I won't slow the game down. I'm going one of the bajillion 1s to put an Untoward object between Jeff and Leonie. Keep in mind no character should have more than one need, so it does define where the location and needs go.

I was pretty sure that I read somewhere that each character shouldn't have more than one Need - but I can't find it in the rules anywhere. So if you had put the need between me and you, then it would force Leonie to have two needs.
But it's not technically in the rules - it must have just been advice I read on a forum somewhere. Sorry about that.

Page 19: I recommend a second need for 4 players
In my Hogzilla play: in a four player game, you'll usually have two needs, one object, and one location, distributed in such a way that one person doesn't have two needs.
