I know the templates are available for download, and I could just print them out on card stock or something, but I'd like some nice laser-cut translucent plastic templates. Anybody know of a good source?

Studio2 has some plastic templates. Not sure you'll find anything cheaper for a single run.

The translucent Warhammer 40K templates look eerily similar. May even be identical.

Unfortunately not. I have plenty of Warhammer templates; that was the first thing I checked.
