The game's webpage hasn't updated since 2008 or so and IPR press don't carry this title even in the PDF format, ebay.co.uk didn't returned any matches.
All this is based on a quick qoogle search. Is the game terminated by the designer?
Where can I get a legitimate PDF?

I've got the 2nd Edition PDF. Supposedly a 3rd edition is in the works, but the 2nd edition is absolutely fantastic and I do plan on playing by forum here soon (my friend Eric is highly interested so we've already got 2).

Yeah, the 3rd edition is supposedly just around the corner. You can't go wrong for $12 though.
