Indie Press Revolution is a good site for these sorts of games. They often offer a PDF and Print bundle for a reasonable price - but you can always just buy the PDF. I'm a big fan of IPR.
Another prime PDF site is DriveThroughRPG and Inspectres can be found there as well:

Usually the prices between the two sites are the same - but it doesn't hurt to check.

You can also get both print and PDF directly from the publisher at Memento Mori Theatriks.

The right hand column, titled Memento Mori Theatricks has a subheading, titled "Online Store". At the bottom of that subheading (just above the "Co-conspirators" heading) is the link for InSpectres. Click into there and you'll see a "BuyNow" button.

I have even gotten that far.  Though my problem is I still only get offered the $20 version of the printed game. Not a big deal, I will just grab from another vendor.
