For those unaware, this is actually the same rules as in the standard CT boxed set and the Traveller Book, just in a slightly different format...
Well, actually, there is one difference of note: it includes range-band based ship combat instead of minis on table ship combat.
Scans are readable, some pages not quite straight. I'll let Marc know about that. For the grogs: This appears to be a different scan from the CD-Rom one, but of the same product.
Note: The download free button only gives you book 1 of 3; you need to go to your account, and look at the order, to get the DL links for the two other books in the free order. Just so ya know, Bk 1 is the rules, Bk2 is the tables (which you'll need), and Bk3 is 2 adventures (Mission on Mithril and Shadows).
