User Summary:

A series of columns from Dragon that expanded the Mystara setting and included various additions to the Basic Dungeons & Dragons rules. This replaced the earlier D&D/Mystara column, The Voyage of the Princess Ark, freeing Bruce Heard (its author) to add content without having to remain consistent with a long term continuous storyline.

The series ran from issue 189 (Jan 1993) to issue 200 (Dec 1993). At this time TSR discontinued basic D&D, converting the Mystara setting to AD&D 2nd edition. This therefore ended any support for basic D&D in the pages of Dragon.
