Lars also translated and edited "D&D B1-3 På eventyrets vej", but after this he dropped out of the Danish RPG scene.

Since then Lars has become a psychologist and developed more than 30 different board and card games for leadership and employee development used primarily in training and strategy implementation. Lars' games have been played by more than 30.000 people in Scandinavia and Holland. See for example www.adeo.dk
