Ok. Here's the deal. Arcdream signed on with Cubicle-7 to take advantage of Cubicle-7's wider distribution network. The book is still an Arcdream book published "in conjunction with" Cubicle-7.

The cover art is exactly the same.

The page count has changed because the book has changed format. It's decreased in size from letter to digest. The content, however, has stayed exactly the same. The title changed somewhat. It went from Monsters and Other Childish Things (Monstrous Edition) to Monsters and Childish Things (Pocket Edition).
