The universe of Gear Krieg, published by Dream Pod 9, re-imagined World War II after a period of wonder and invention during the 1920's. These technical advances led to the war's battles being fought by walking tanks and rocket fighters.
Gear Krieg (1st Edition) was the RPG component of an RPG/tactical setting, shared with the Gear Krieg Wargame.
Gear Krieg (2nd Edition) was part of the publisher's attempt to repackage all of their RPG settings to use a single shared core rulebook, along with adding rules for using the OGL d20 system. Only a single rulebook was published for this edition.
