Nightprowler is a medieval-fantastic role playing game where all players are thieves living in the urban world of the Seven Cities. Two specific races can be played besides the usual humans, dwarves and elves: the felis which are humanoids cats and the gouris which are humanoids rats.
The first edition has been created by Croc and published in 1995 by the french company Siroz. Several additions have been published but Nightprowler was finally discontinued. A Swiss editor, 2D Sans Faces bought the right to the game and published the second edition in 2006.
Both edition uses a system based on D20 but the mechanics differ substantially. The world is the same but the second edition is set-up 20 years later and in a darker atmosphere.
