David "Zeb" Cook is an American game designer best known for his work at TSR, Inc., where he was employed for over 15 years. He is known for being the lead designer on the 2nd edition of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons and the Planescape campaign setting. After leaving TSR, he worked in the field of computer game design.

In 2001, he was inducted into the Origins Hall of Fame.
