From the Premise:

You and some of your friends, neighbors, or associates have decided to take matters into your own hands and become vigilantes. You can choose to target whatever crimes or social problems that you like - drugs, violence, robberies, white collar crime, human trafficking, terrorism, corruption, hypocrisy - and decide exactly what you're going to do about these problems. One player, the Game Master (GM), attempts to portray the world in a realistic fashion - not as something out of an action movie - and together you will discover how things work out.
