Adopt a RPG in the database

While RPGG's database has a huge number of complete entries, there are also a lot of gaps in the coverage where entries are incomplete or even outright missing. In addition, RPGG has a large number of regularly expanding entries within already existing families or systems. For example, Dragon Magazine has a new entry every single month.
Obviously, RPGG's members do a fabulous job of constantly updating the database but up to this point the coverage is sort of haphazard - I know I personally tend to fill in missing information or add items as I come across them in my use of the site and I imagine many others have the same approach; thus information gets filled in piecemeal and it's anyone's guess when a particular item might hit the database and, more importantly, be fully completed.
One solution I've come up with and am instituting is the idea of an "adopt a game" program in which users can volunteer to routinely check and update a particular family, system, or series. Some items (e.g., the Tribe 8 game) are largely a matter of working through what has been produced and filling in details and then it's done since the game is no longer being produced. Others, like Dragon Magazine would be an ongoing job, entering new items, filling in missing items for the past, etc.
If you're interest in adopting a RPG, series, or even a family please add it to the list. By doing so you're volunteering to work - as time permits - on updating and completing entries, and (if applicable) entering new items as they're released. This is strictly on a volunteer basis and is based on the honor-system: No one is going to check up on you or badger you if you're not doing your job.
A couple of other important points: * It's important not to bite off more than you can chew. Signing up for a dozen different families won't really do anyone any good if you can't keep up with the release schedules. * Out-of-print/production RPGs/Systems/Families also need love - many of these are missing important details or have a few orphan items that still haven't been entered. So if you're favorite setting was Spelljammer, go for it. * While the idea of the list is an attempt to give members "ownership" of certain items, it obviously doesn't mean others can't also contribute to keeping that set of entries up to date. * Multiple people signing up for the same entry group is fine and is probably a very good idea at the family level as well as for items that see very regular updates like the magazines. * This is purely a volunteer effort - as of yet there is no special reward (other than the normal GG you get plus bonuses for filling in missing details on existing items). * Adopting even a very obscure game is welcome. * Please do not add individual RPG Items to the list. While it would be great if you'd update the item in question, the purpose of the list is for people to take on responsibility of broader categories within the database that contain multiple items.
If you can't adopt something now but want to support the program - please tip the list. Each month I'll distribute any GG given to the list that month amongst a couple of the participants, with different participants getting some GG each month.

As I seem to be keeping close tabs on this one, I might as well adopt it!
I have all the released materials that I'm currently aware of ~ including the in-setting boardgame, Pantin Nocturne ~ and I keep an eye open for additional things that seem to pop up every few months, so I'd be happy to tend to it.

I've already put a fair bit of time into this so I don't expect too many updates, but I'm happy to be a contact point if there are any problems or queries.

LTR2TW: My guilty pleasure right here! (Burning Wheel is on the list but not Mouse Guard). As it's a stand-alone system, there shouldn't be too much updating involved, which suits just fine...happy to be aboard.

Well, I did not really follow the first edition of M&M, but I have followed the second edition. I'll start work on this one.

Overlaps with the Pathfinder RPG but also includes D&D v.3.5 items. I'm happy with issues from #25 upwards, but it's still on my to-do list to check the first four adventure paths to ensure all those issues are 100% correct.

Since it is related by game mechanic to Exalted, I'll quickly run through this and give it the once over as well.

I will adopt Tribe 8, both 1st and 2nd edition. It's out-of-print but there's still quite a bit of missing information amidst the item entries.

2nd edition of Tribe 8 also needs some attention although there aren't very many entries in this one.

I've been correcting and standardising various aspects of the database structure around this family (and related White Wolf products). I may as well formally adopt the family too. When I have access to my RPG collection again, I will be auditing the database entries for every Storyteller book that I own and ensuring that they are correct.
I have expertise in and own nearly all of the books for the following linked RPGs:
Vampire: The Masquerade (1st, 2nd & Revised Editions) (1991)
Werewolf: The Apocalypse (1st, 2nd & Revised Editions) (1991)
Mage: The Ascension (1st, 2nd, Revised Editions) (1993)
Wraith: The Oblivion (1st & 2nd Editions) (1994)
Changeling: The Dreaming (1st & 2nd Editions) (1995)
Vampire: The Dark Ages (1997)
Werewolf: The Wild West (1997)
Mage: The Sorcerers Crusade (1998)
Wraith: The Oblivion (1st & 2nd Editions) (1999)
But note that I don't have any books for the following RPGs:
Hunter: The Reckoning (1999)
N/A (2001)
Demon: The Fallen (2002)
Orpheus (2003)
Dark Ages (2002)
Titles listed by year of first publication, and split by modern day ( ) and historical ( ) lines.

It's another thing that I'll have to wait before getting involved in it. Once I'm reunited with my RPG books again, I'll happily claim a few myself.
